Recently Starke Management Councel Daniel Albrecht took part in the Huawei IPR conference with the title RESPECTING IP, DRIVING INNOVATIONS. The Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation hosted a symposium for students in Kaifeng, China with the topic " Power & Meritocracy: Statecraft & Administration in Transition". It was great exchange with a group of talented young people and political fellows. Pleasure for Starke managing counsel Daniel Albrecht to deliver a short speech about legal and economic relations in China.

German company representatives met the Chair of Delegation and relations with the PRC, European Parliament member Mr. Engin Eroglu. It was a great and lively exchange about several actual economic topics and political questions what need to be discussed bilateral. Finally a German politician visited China, who is really interesting in economic topics and is obvious down to earth. The dinner meeting was organized by the AHK. It was the pleasure of Starke managing council Daniel Albrecht to represent the German Chamber of Commerce in the Taicang(Beijing) Industrial Cooperation Promotion Conference and to deliver a welcome to all the attendees from official department and over 200 companies. A delegation from Thuringia, leading by the minister of economics Mrs. Boos-John (CDU), visited Beijing to promote Thuringia's business location and to manage cooperations with Chinese companies and institutions. The delegation consisted of more than 60 participants. Starke managing council Daniel Albrecht represented the board of the German Chamber of Commerce together with his fellow board members.

This year the German National Day celebration was hosted under a special topic, 35 years of the German reunion. Speeches from German and Chinese sides were straight, but also dominated by respect and friendship. Last Friday the new 🇪🇺 Member States Supervisory Board of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China had the first meeting at the Delegation of the European Union to China 欧盟驻华代表团. The supervisory Board represents the European Business communities based in China and consists of one representative per Member State. Starke Managing Counsel Daniel Albrecht represents Germany. He looks forward to his term and to a fruitful cooperation.

Starke Manaaging Counsel Daniel Albrecht participated at the German Chamber of Commerce World Conference in Berlin. The conference takes place every two years at the DIHK headquarters. It was a great opportunity for an exchange about boarders. A view hundreds representatives from AHKs and IHKs came here together. Daniel Albrecht represented the board of the German Chamber North China, together with two others participants. The conference was concluded with clear words from Parliamentary State Secretary Stefan Rouenhoff and numerous discussions.
