30 members and friends joined the AHK asparagus dinner last night at the Paulaner. In “white” we enjoyed traditional German food and had a lot of fun together. Marvelous asparagus, grown in China, prepared very classy 'German style' with potatoes and sauce hollandaise. New event formats like this will follow at the German Chamber. For us from Starke, it’s always a pleasure to organize and to contribute for the good of the German community in Beijing.
