Im Jahre 2017 wurde das "Chinesische Cybersecurity Law" als Antwort auf die DSGVO und die EU NIS-RL implementiert. Seitdem wurden die Regelungen erweitert, zum Teil abgeschwächt und durch nun neue Vorschriften, insbesondere zum grenzüberschreitenden Datentransfer, wieder verschärft. Wie die einzelnen Gesetze ineinander greifen und welche Auswirkungen diese auf die Geschäftsaktivitäten von ausländischen Unternehmen in China haben, erfahrt Ihr in diesem Video.

The Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China was issued on November 7, 2016, and officially put into effect June 1, 2017.
