Das Chinesische Cybersicherheitsrecht (German language)

Im Jahre 2017 wurde das "Chinesische Cybersecurity Law" als Antwort auf die DSGVO und die EU NIS-RL implementiert. Seitdem wurden die Regelungen erweitert, zum Teil abgeschwächt und durch nun neue Vorschriften, insbesondere zum grenzüberschreitenden Datentransfer, wieder verschärft.
