Annual green cabbage dinner

The AHK Nord China was able to welcome 40 members and friends of the chamber at its annual green cabbage dinner at the Kempinski.  AHK board member Daniel Albrecht warmly welcomed the guests.

For those who do not know what kale is, here is a short explanation:

The kale dinner (Grünkohlessen) is a long-standing winter ritual in Northern Germany, traditionally enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere. This hearty dish of kale is typically served with specialties like smoked pork or pink sausage, accompanied by beer and a hint of caraway – a culinary delight that not only warms the body but also brings people together.

We are looking forward to more traditional German events.
